From your Firestick home screen, search for the Downloader app in the Amazon Appstore and install it.
Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and enable "Install Unknown Apps" for Downloader. (If you don't see Developer Options, go to Settings → My Fire TV → About and click your device name 7 times.)
Open Downloader and enter the IPTV player APK link included in your welcome email, then install the app.
Open the app and choose "Login with Xtream Codes API".
Enter the username, password and server URL from your welcome email.

MAG Box MAG 254 / 256 / 322 / 420 and newer

When ordering, send us your MAG box's MAC address (printed on the sticker underneath the box) so we can register it.
On your MAG, go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
Set Portal 1 Name to "GlobalIPTV" and enter the Portal URL from your welcome email.
Save your settings and restart the box.
After reboot, the portal loads automatically with all your channels.

Formuler Box Z8, Z10, Z11 — via MYTVOnline

From the Formuler home screen, launch MYTVOnline.
Select "Add Portal".
Enter a nickname (e.g. "GlobalIPTV") and the portal URL from your welcome email.
Enter your username and password if prompted, then connect.
Your channels and EPG load automatically — enjoy!

Windows PC & Mac IPTV Smarters desktop or VLC

Option 1 — IPTV Smarters (recommended):

Download IPTV Smarters for Windows or Mac from the official Smarters website.
Install and open the app, then choose "Login with Xtream Codes API".

Option 2 — VLC Media Player:

Open VLC and go to Media → Open Network Stream.
Paste the M3U playlist URL from your welcome email.
Click Play — VLC loads the full channel list.
